As a frontline practitioner is Vacation Property Management, I agree 100% that &quot;easy does it for customer loyalty.&quot; The less work the guests have to do when they arriving to our destination, is the more they are willing to their experience with others.</description>

Why is it so many companies focus on their procedures and processes instead of interacting with me in an easier way?
