Kate,

Great and concise. Thanks for sharing your own journey from "will I' to "what" and "how". Something in us changes when we actually make a decision (instead of talking about the decision), and it's great to see you practicing what you preach. I look forward to hearing more from you!

Best,

Change is inevitable, yet not everyone accepts changes at the same rate. Resistance is the norm; not the exception. I typically view change optimistically, so to help others cope, I try to be aware of how those around me are behaving and adjust my actions to make it easier for them.

Great article. I view change as an opportunity for growth and renewal. Sometimes there are short term setbacks, but I've always come out ahead (better person, better skills, better relationships. etc.) in the long run. Thanks for helping us focus on how to manage the process - and ourselves.

Looking forward to hearing more :-)

By using my right brain functions, it helps me feel comfortable with change.
By perceiving every change as something new and fun, it makes it acceptable to the self.
When change is limited, the self becomes limited.
When change is allowed, the self embraces and expands.

my 2 cents.
Regards,
