Global #PeopleSkillsChat Background: Challenges of Being Kind in Unkind World

Some say that being kind comes from within and outside forces and events can’t shake that feeling. Others say that there are many challenges of staying kind in an unkind world. It’s an intriguing question and one that certainly fits our people skills community discussions. It brings to mind the age-old question of what people need to refresh their own spirits. Can an unkind world wear your spirit of kindness down to the ground? What specific challenges are there to remaining kind in the face of massive unkindness.

So to that end, we will explore the challenges of being kind in an unkind world in our weekly global #PeopleSkillsChat on Twitter this SUN. July 11th at 10am EDT. Come join us and make this discussion as diverse as possible so we can see what we’ve never considered before.
