People Skills Chat Topic: How to Develop Assertiveness
Last week in global #PeopleSkillsChat, we explored how to address difficult, negative, and toxic behaviors. Not surprisingly, the topic of assertiveness came up more than once. Some participants said it was difficult for them and weren’t sure they could do it.
So this Sunday in global #PeopleSkillsChat on Twitter, we take up the topic of how to develop assertiveness. It is very doable. You can be assertive and still be kind, generous, collaborative, and positive. Please join us in our 7th year of People Skills weekly global Twitter chat Sunday, March 31, 2019 10am EDT to share your experience and views on how to develop assertiveness and to learn from others. The hashtag is #PeopleSkillsChat.
