How wonderful it is when you have faith in others. That sense of complete trust uplifts you and everyone involved. Admittedly, some people will say they never trust anyone completely. Yet if they were honest with themselves there is probably at least one person in their lives that they have complete faith in. They have that implicit trust that they don’t question with every interaction.
So this raises interesting questions. What creates this implicit trust? How does having faith in others affect people? Does it have an impact on leaders and how well they lead?
