New Year People Skills Chat: Celebrating People & People Skills

As we start a new year people skills chat series, we celebrate people and people skills. We take time to renew our spirits, attitudes, words, and actions to build bonds of success. How will you celebrate the people in your life and work in 2015?

Before our new year people skills chat, here are some questions to get us thinking:

  • How have people helped you in your life?
  • What has surprised you about people you work with?
  • “People who need people are the luckiest people in the world.” Agree/Disagree Why?
  • What can you do with people that you cannot do alone?
  • What people skills have you found most valuable in your work and life?
  • How can we accept differences to better collaborate?
  • How can we spend more time celebrating people than fighting or finding fault?
  • How will you celebrate your employees in 2015?

These are just some questions to get us thinking. Actual questions will post live during the chat.
