As we celebrate Independence Day here in the USA, the topic of independence vs. interdependence came to mind — from a Twitter colleague of mine in the UK! Independence is great and yet life and work require interacting and connecting with others. So do you classify yourself as an independent sort or interdependent? What’s the difference? Is one stronger or more successful than the other? Are the people skills different for each?
